Looking for a short wheel base (Starter/ drag link/ and clutch lever spash apron)

Hi everyone, I know this might be a odd thing to look for but while I was looking at my friends Wasp the other day I noticed this spash apron in place. I do not have one for my Pacemaker and was looking to see if anyone here might have one, or know someone who might have this part.
