torque (psi) for flex plate, Borg Warner

There are ~ 6 nuts that hold the flex plate or whatever it's called (torque converter attaches to it) to the rear of the crankshaft; I have the Borg Warner tranny, DG-200 for 54.

Any one know the correct factory torque specs for these nuts ?

Much obliged!

  • The Hydro manual calls for 40-45 ft. lbs. I would think that the B-W would be the same. Tightened in a criss-cross pattern like tightening a wheel.
