Hi
I have a picture of my Grandfather with his Essex  car in Lancashire England.
Can you identify its age please.
The car has NO front wheel brakes which I think makes it pre 1928?
Any help you can give me will be gratefully received
If necessary could you forward it to the correct person in your club
